At READY2WEAR, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through READY2WEAR.co.in are processed, shipped and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship READY2WEAR products across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of the customer's PIN code and the availability of our courier partners.
We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations where courier services are unavailable.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Orders containing products with different processing times may be dispatched together or separately, depending on availability.
You will receive an order confirmation and, where applicable, shipping/tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:
Kerala: approximately 1–3 business days
South India: approximately 2–5 business days
Other parts of India: approximately 3–7 business days
Remote or difficult-to-service locations: delivery may take longer
These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, holidays, transportation conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer:
Standard shipping
Free shipping above a specified order value
Promotional shipping offers
Cash-on-delivery charges, where applicable
Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, delivery location, shipping method and promotional offers.
READY2WEAR reserves the right to change shipping charges or promotional shipping offers at any time. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed unless required by law.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for selected locations and orders.
COD availability may depend on:
Delivery PIN code
Order value
Courier serviceability
Previous order history
Other operational considerations
We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders, customers or locations.
Customers placing COD orders are expected to accept the shipment when delivered.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number or tracking link through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment through the applicable courier service.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will generally make delivery attempts according to its operational procedures.
Please ensure that:
Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Your mobile number is reachable.
Someone is available to receive the package where necessary.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where permitted.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.

Mobile number
READY2WEAR will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
9. Delayed Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
Courier network delays
Weather conditions
Heavy rain or flooding
Natural disasters
Strikes or transportation disruptions
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Remote-area delivery
Incorrect address information
High order volumes
Operational issues with courier partners
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund where the order remains in transit and no applicable consumer right has been triggered.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact READY2WEAR with your order number so that we can assist with tracking the shipment.
10. Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears to be lost or is officially declared lost by the courier, READY2WEAR will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide:
Replacement of the order; or
Refund of the eligible amount; or
Another appropriate resolution.
Customers should contact us if the tracking information has not changed for an unusually long period or if the courier confirms that the shipment cannot be located.
11. Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are encouraged to:
Take photographs or video of the package before opening it.
Open the package carefully.
Check the product immediately.
Contact READY2WEAR promptly if the product is damaged.
Where required, please provide photographs, videos, packaging details and your order number so that we can investigate the issue with our courier partner.
12. Wrong or Missing Products
If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, or if an item appears to be missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Order number
Photographs of the package
Shipping label
Product received
Any other information requested by our customer-support team
After verification, READY2WEAR will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
13. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one package.
This may happen because:
Products are stored at different locations.
Certain products become available at different times.
Courier or operational considerations require separate shipments.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information.
14. Shipping During Sales and Festivals
During major sales, festivals and promotional periods, order volumes may be significantly higher than usual.
As a result, processing and delivery may take longer than our normal estimated timelines.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
15. Delivery to Remote Areas
Some PIN codes may have limited courier serviceability.
Additional delivery time may apply to remote, rural, island or otherwise difficult-to-service locations.
If a courier partner is unable to service your PIN code, READY2WEAR may contact you to arrange an alternative solution where possible.
16. International Shipping
At present, READY2WEAR primarily ships within India.
International shipping, if introduced in the future, will be subject to separate shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs requirements, duties, taxes and applicable laws.
17. Shipping and Returns
Shipping charges paid for an order are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Whether shipping charges are refundable in connection with a return, cancellation or defective/wrong product will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
